0240 GMT - Frasers Centrepoint Trust's bull at DBS Group Research remains optimistic on the real-estate investment trust's outlook. The REIT's fiscal 1H results suggests its suburban retail model remains resilient amid geopolitical turmoil, analyst Geraldine Wong says in a note. The REIT manager also sees several avenues for capital recycling, such as buying joint-venture partners' stakes in certain malls. A potential sale of Singapore mall White Sands could also help to pare the REIT's debt, she says. While a sale could result in near-term dilution to Frasers Centrepoint's distribution per unit, she isn't too concerned by the possible impact. DBS maintains its buy rating and S$2.75 target price. Units are flat at S$2.32. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
