Frontier Group $(ULCC)$: A group of budget airlines pitched the Trump administration on a $2.5 billion relief plan, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday. The group cited concerns about rising spending on jet fuel. Frontier's stock rose in premarket trading.
Organon $(OGN)$: Shares of the U.S. healthcare firm surged 15% premarket after it agreed be acquired by India's Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (IN:524715). The deal valued the New Jersey-based company at $11.75 billion. Sun's stock also rose.
Forvia (FR: FRVIA): Shares of the French auto parts supplier slipped after it agreed to sell its automotive interiors business to Apollo Global Management for the equivalent of $2.1 billion. The units represents around 18% of Forvia's overall revenue.
Verizon Communications $(VZ)$, Cadence Design Systems $(CDNS)$: The telecommunications company and the software firm are both set to report first quarter earnings on Monday.
