Procrea Reports 11.8 Billion Yen Unrealized Loss on Bond Holdings

Procrea Holdings (TYO:7384) reported unrealized losses on held-to-maturity bond holdings at its banking unit as of the end of fiscal 2026, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company said total unrealized losses stood at 11.77 billion yen, based on securities held by its consolidated subsidiary Aomori Michinoku Bank.

The losses amounted to about 484% of consolidated ordinary profit and roughly 959% of profit attributable to owners of the parent for the fiscal year ended March 2025.

The book value of the securities was 245.8 billion yen, compared with a market value of 234.1 billion yen.
