智通财经APP获悉，周一，美光科技(MU.US)、闪迪(SNDK.US)涨逾5%，股价双双创新高。高盛在最新研报中表示，受人工智能(AI)服务器需求的提振，半导体组件及材料的供需紧缺程度在2026年前四个月显著加剧。报告称，AI服务器需求强劲、行业新增产能有限以及HBM(高带宽存储)优先占用产线，三重因素共同压制了传统DRAM和NAND的供给。与此同时，行业库存处于极低水平，进一步放大供给弹性不足的问题。基于此，高盛大幅上调DRAM和NAND价格预期，2026年DRAM价格涨幅从1月时的约150%上调至250%-280%，NAND则从约100%上调至200%-250%。
