Centurion Establishes Australian Subsidiary, Acquires Worker Accommodation

Centurion (SGX:OU8) established a new subsidiary in Australia, Centurion South Hedland (Forrest Circle) as part of the acquisition of a worker accommodation in South Hedland, for AU$28.6 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Centurion South Hedland (Forrest Circle) was also nominated as the trustee of a new fixed unit trust named Centurion South Hedland (Forrest Circle) Trust, which signed a contract for the sale of the worker accommodation asset with the seller, MW Investments Number 16.

The property is a six-story worker accommodation, spanning an area of 5,378 square meters and comprises 77 apartments with a total of 125 beds.
