0513 GMT - The Federal Reserve's patience this week will be a prudent approach, with policy in a good place, Nuveen's Laura Cooper says in a note. March data has shown resilience, from solid payrolls to contained inflation and upbeat retail sales, suggesting U.S. consumers have a cushion to absorb the energy shock, the global investment strategist says. "Financial conditions remain supportive, leaving the Fed's data-dependent messaging likely unchanged," says Cooper, who is also head of macro credit. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
