Pacific Lime and Cement (ASX:PLA) said the installation of the concrete batch plant at its Central lime project in Papua New Guinea was completed, with commissioning ongoing, supporting the ramp-up of concrete production, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The project progressed from bulk earthworks into civil, foundation, and structural works during the March quarter.
On-site crushing and screening is now operational. It also began laying kiln foundations, with reinforcement and formwork installed and concrete pours scheduled for late April.
