Entegris Names Sukhi Nagesh Chief Financial Officer

Entegris has hired Sukhi Nagesh as the materials science company's new chief financial officer, effective May 18.

Entegris on Thursday said Nagesh, 55 years old, will join the Billerica, Mass., company from Nielsen, where he currently serves as head of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions.

Nagesh will receive a base annual salary of $590,000, a $200,000 sign-on bonus and an annual bonus with a target of 70% of his base pay, the company said.

Entegris said Mike Sauer, who stepped in as interim finance chief in March after the company parting ways with Linda LaGorga, will continue as vice president and chief accounting officer.
