Future Mineral Resources appointed Indivar Pathak president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Pathak succeeds Fred Leigh, who resigned, the company said.
The Canada-based mining company also on Friday appointed Stephen Woodhead chief financial officer to succeed Peter Michel, who resigned, effective immediately. The company named Con Steers non-executive chairman and named Andreas Rompel chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Pathak has had roles at Cadbury, Rogers AT&T and Deutsche Bank, the company said.
Woodhead has been CFO of multiple companies, including Black Iron, Q-Gold Resources and Aberdeen International, the company said.
Steers previously was director and senior executive at Docas Investimentos, a Brazilian-owned investment firm, the company said.
Rompel has worked as an exploration professional in a variety of commodities, including precious metals and base metals, the company said.
