Amazon-Backed Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs Form Enterprise AI Services Firm

Anthropic, which is backed by Amazon (AMZN), Blackstone (BX), Goldman Sachs (GS), and Hellman & Friedman said Monday they established a standalone enterprise services firm to integrate the Claude artificial intelligence platform into core business operations.

The new venture is backed by a consortium of alternative asset managers and will prioritize accelerating technology adoption for mid-size companies, the companies said.

Its engineers will work in close coordination with Anthropic's research and product teams to build systems that evolve as the underlying technology improves, they said.
