Schneider National Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline

Schneider National (SNDR) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.12 per diluted share, down from $0.16 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.10.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $1.398 billion, down from $1.401 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.42 billion.

For the full-year 2026, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.70 to $1. Analysts expect $0.85.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.10 per share, payable July 10 to stockholders of record June 12.
