FWD (HKG:1828) granted nearly 14.9 million restricted share units (RSUs) to Group CEO Huynh Thanh Phong and 377 employees, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Of the total, there are 6.3 million RSUs and 8.5 million performance-based RSUs, or those subject to other vesting conditions.
A total of 590,539 RSUs and nearly 1.5 million performance-based RSUs were offered to Huynh.
The life insurer now has over 102.9 million shares available for future grant under incentive plan mandate limit and 36.9 million shares under the service provider sublimit.
