0514 GMT - Venture Corp.'s earnings outlook is likely to improve with 1Q expected to be its earnings trough, CGS International's William Tng says in a research report. Based on its 10-year historical seasonality trend, 1Q has on average represented 22% of full-year net profit, says the analyst estimating the company's earnings could bottom in 1Q at S$54.1 million. Also, the provider of technology services, products and solutions expects to capture new transformational growth in 2026 as it advances momentum across multiple technology domains and deepens strategic customer collaborations. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to S$21.78 from S$17.04, based on estimated 23x 2027 P/E, with an unchanged add rating. Shares are 4.6% higher at S$16.95. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
