0430 GMT - China's property market showed greater signs of stabilization in April, according to Citi analysts in a research note. New home and secondary volumes in key cities returned to year-on-year growth in April, the analysts say. Sentiment has improved as the positive news flow has exerted growing influence on household expectations since November, the analysts note. Citi analysts view a slow recovery in key cities as an "optimal scenario" for property names amid policy support. Its preferred property names include Jinmao Property Services and China Overseas Land & Investment.(tracy.qu@wsj.com)
