Mach7 Technologies' (ASX:M7T) Chief Financial Officer Daniel Lee has resigned to focus on family priorities, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company has appointed Shawni Hadfield, vice president of commercial excellence, as interim CFO effective immediately, the filing said.
Lee will remain with the company for a certain period to ensure a smooth and orderly transition, the filing added.
