ATLANTA, May 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Trustees of each of the Invesco closed-end funds listed below declared dividends.
Invesco Senior Income Trust $(VVR)$ is updating its distribution rate to reflect current market conditions. This is the first adjustment since January 2025. The Trust's distribution objective remains aligned to providing consistent income to shareholders. Subject to market conditions, Invesco does not anticipate further adjustment to the distribution rate in the near future.
