Alcoa (ASX:AAI) declared a dividend of $0.10 per share for the quarter ended March 31, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend will be paid on June 5 to shareholders on record as of May 19, the filing said.
The company paid the same dividend for the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
