1006 GMT - ASML Holding's low numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet lithography systems will remain the primary earnings driver for the Dutch supplier of semiconductor-making equipment through the late 2020s Bank of America Global Research analyst Didier Scemama writes in a research note. Scemama reiterate a buy ratin for the stock, but raises the price objective to 1,710 euros from 1,598 euros on earnings upgrades. ASML's more advanced high numerical aperture EUV systems face stitching and design constraints that are slowing adoption from customers, Scemama notes. ASML shares trade 1.5% higher at 1,325 euros.
