0905 GMT - Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's core earnings are likely to grow thanks to vacancy backfilling and rent increases, says DBS Group Research's Dale Lai in a note. The space at a Singapore business park vacated by Google is already around 83% backfilled, the analyst says, with income contribution likely to come in the next few quarters. The real-estate investment trust's stronger earnings visibility should bode well for its units even as its capital distributions taper off, Lai adds. Further vacancy backfilling could be a key catalyst. DBS maintains a buy rating and S$1.05 target price. Units fall 0.5% to S$0.985. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
