Frasers Property Shares Still Offer Value Despite Recent Rally -- Market Talk

Dow Jones05-08 13:51

0551 GMT - Frasers Property shares still offer value despite a recent rally, says DBS Group Research's Derek Tan in a note. The Singapore-listed property company's stock trades at 0.5X price-to-book ratio, he notes. Its 1H results seem resilient to the analyst, as its underlying operating momentum improved despite softer revenue. Frasers Property is also able to execute its capital recycling strategy while generating income from its residential projects, which could support medium-term earnings visibility. DBS maintains its buy rating and S$1.50 target price. Shares fall 0.9% to S$1.13.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
