Icahn Enterprises' president and chief executive, Andrew Teno, is leaving the investment vehicle of activist investor Carl Icahn.

Icahn Enterprises on Wednesday said Teno, who has been at the helm of the Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., company since February 2024, is departing to move with his family to another state and will pursue another opportunity closer to his new home.

Teno has also resigned from the board.

Icahn Enterprises said Ted Papapostolou, who had been chief financial officer since November 2021, will now serve as president and CEO, while Robert Flint, who has been chief accounting officer since December 2023, has taken on the additional role of finance chief and has joined the board.
