A shareholder of China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals (SHA:600259) plans to reduce its stake in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Guangdong Rare Earth Industry Group will offload up to 3,364,359 shares, or around 1% of the company's total shares, within three months.
Guangdong Rare Earth Industry currently owns 67,287,182 shares or 20% of the company's total shares.
