US Bank CEO Says Employees Dislike AI as Much as Return-to-Office Mandates -- WSJ

Gunjan Kedia, CEO of U.S. Bancorp, tells the WSJ Future of Everything event that most workers are still highly skeptical of AI.

"The workforce likes AI about as much as they liked the return to office mandates after Covid," she said. Kedia added that the most confident users will need to show others successful uses and inspire more uptake.
