Wendy's $(WEN)$: The stock surged premarket after the Financial Times reported that Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management is in talks to raisen funds for a bid to take the hamburger chain private.
Venture Global $(VG)$: Shares of the liquefied-natural-gas exporter rose 9% in premarket trading after it reported a sharp increase in first-quarter revenue and profit.
Hims & Hers $(HIMS)$: The telehealth platform's stock dropped 15% premarket after it said its move to rejigger its weight-loss offerings drove up costs.
Bayer (XE:BAYN): Shares in the German pharmaceutical-and-agricultural group surged after its results benefited from stronger earnings at its agriculture division.
Under Armour $(UA)$: Shares in the sportswear brand dropped more than 11% in premarket after it reported a fall in quarterly revenue.
GoPro $(GPRO)$: Shares in the wearable camera maker rose premarket after the company said it was reviewing unsolicited inquiries that could include a possible sale.
Novo Nordisk (NVO), (DK: NOVO.B): The company said some patients on a higher-dose Wegovy shot lost 27.7% of their body weight on average in a trial. Shares ticked higher in Denmark.
ZoomInfo Technologies $(GTM)$: Shares in the market-intelligence company plummeted after it cut its full-year guidance late Monday.
