LG CNS (KRX:064400) secured an information strategic planning consulting project for Korea Electric Power Corp's (KRX:015760) next-generation sales and distribution system.
The South Korean artificial intelligence and cloud computing company said Tuesday it will overhaul the operational framework of the electric utility's sales and distribution system to support and boost its public services.
Shares of LG CNS added nearly 4% while those of Korea Electric Power fell about 5% at market close.
