Yum China Holdings (YUMC) has signed share repurchase agreements in the US and Hong Kong covering a combined amount of about $512 million for H2 2026, effective July 1, the company said Tuesday.
The agreements are in addition to the share buyback deals for H1 2026.
The company is on track to return $1.5 billion to shareholders this year, including about $400 million in dividends and $1.1 billion in share repurchases, it said.
