Novanta Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q2 Guidance Set

Novanta (NOVT) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.81 per diluted share, up from $0.74 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.78.

Revenue for the three months ended April 3 was $257.7 million, up from $233.4 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $253.4 million.

For Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.81 to $0.86 on revenue of $259 million to $264 million. Three analysts expect EPS of $0.86 on revenue of $257.1 million.

For the full-year 2026, the company expects adjusted EPS of $3.50 to $3.65 and now forecasts revenue of $1.04 billion to $1.06 billion. Three analysts expect EPS of $3.56 on revenue of $1.04 billion.
