0640 GMT - Riverstone Holdings is likely to substantially lift its average selling prices, CGS International analysts say in a research report. At an analyst call, management noted that its customers are aware of supply-demand dynamics and are prioritizing securing glove supply over resisting price increases. This should enable strong ASP hikes for the Singapore-listed Malaysian glove manufacturer. In its business update, management noted that it has acquired sufficient supplies through June. Assuming the dollar remains at 4.000 ringgit, the brokerage sees potential increases to its 2026 margin assumptions of 46% and 16% for Riverstone Holdings' cleanroom and healthcare segments, respectively. It raises the stock's rating to add from hold and the target price to S$1.00 from S$0.78. Shares are 12% higher at S$0.92. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
