China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) or CGS completed the issue of 6 billion yuan of corporate bonds to professional investors, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The issue consists of two types of bonds. The first type comprises 3 billion yuan of two-year bonds carrying a 1.64% coupon rate, while the second type consists of three-year bonds with a rate of 1.73%.
The securities broker will use proceeds to repay the principal of its matured corporate bonds.
