Resideo Names Aarnes CEO of ADI Spin-Off

Resideo Technologies named Robert Aarnes, the president of ADI Global Distribution since 2018, as the new chief executive of its planned spin-off of the ADI business.

The company on Monday also said Michael Carlet, Resideo's finance chief, would become CFO of ADI.

Alicia Copeland, who has been with ADI since 2016 in various roles including chief operating officer, chief commercial officer and chief transformation officer, will be ADI's COO.

Michael Kaufmann, previously an executive at Cardinal Health, will be the company's chairman.

The spin-off is expected to be completed between the middle of the third quarter and the middle of the fourth quarter, the company said.
