Venture Global $(VG)$: The liquefied-natural-gas exporter, which stands to benefit from the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, is due to report results this morning, potentially shedding light on the strength of demand. Shares rose premarket.

Hims & Hers $(HIMS)$: The telehealth platform's stock slid more than 15% premarket after it said its move to rejigger its weight-loss offerings drove up costs.

Bayer (XE:BAYN): Shares in the German pharmaceutical-and-agricultural group surged after its results benefited from stronger earnings at its agriculture division.

Under Armour $(UA)$On Holding $(ONON)$: The sportswear brand is due to post results today.

GoPro $(GPRO)$: Shares in the wearable camera maker rose premarket after the company said it was reviewing unsolicited inquiries that could include a possible sale.

Novo Nordisk (NVO): The company said some patients on a higher-dose Wegovy shot lost 27.7% of their body weight on average in a trial. Shares rose in European trade.

Zoominfo Technologies $(GTM)$: Shares in the market-intelligence company plummeted after it cut its full-year guidance late Monday.
