LIC Housing Finance (NSE:LICHSGFIN, BOM:500253) said chief operating officer Sanjay Dayal died on May 9, according to a company filing on Indian stock exchanges.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in Monday's trade.
Dayal was appointed as COO on April 10, the filing said.
