Wee Hur (SGX:E3B) negated media reports concerning the acquisition of a co-living development site in Wollstonecraft, Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company responded to articles published by CommercialRealEstate.com.au and BTR News, which had claimed the co-living space developer had already acquired the site.
However, the company revealed that it is yet to sign a legally binding agreement for the site and will provide updates once there are material developments.
