PagerDuty (PD) named John DiLullo as chief executive officer, effective immediately, succeeding Jennifer Tejada, who will become executive chairman, the company said late Monday.
DiLullo brings over 25 years of experience in leading enterprise software, cloud and cybersecurity companies, and previously served as CEO of Deepwatch and LiveVox, the company said.
