Texas Pacific Land $(TPL)$ Horizon Kinetics lowered its stake in the land and resource management company to 10,109,933 shares. Horizon Kinetics did so through the sale of 228,310 Texas Pacific Land shares from March 6 through May 5 at per share prices ranging from $399.44 to $538.74, and slightly offset those sales through the purchase of 2,064 shares over the same period at $387.52 to $537.15. On May 5, Texas Pacific Land entered into a Board Representative Agreement with Horizon, pursuant to which the company appointed Horizon Kinetics co-CEO Peter Doyle to its board of directors. Southwest Gas Holdings(SWX) Corvex Management lowered its stake in the natural-gas utility to 3,618,161 shares. Corvex Management did so through the sale of 818,125 Southwest Gas Holdings shares from March 9 through May 6 at per share prices ranging from $87.38 to $90.34.
