Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY) and The Container Store will open their first co-branded retail store on Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas, the companies said Friday.

The companies said the new store combines The Container Store's organization products and design services with Bed Bath & Beyond's home products.

Bed Bath & Beyond will implement a phased rollout of its products in the coming months across The Container Store's online site and 98 locations nationwide, the companies said, adding they plan to eventually operate more than 300 stores across several retail formats, including co-branded locations and buybuy BABY stores.

Shares of Bed Bath & Beyond were down 1.8% in premarket activity Friday.
