Legence Q1 Swings to Profit, Revenue Rises; Lifts 2026 Revenue Guidance -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

Legence (LGN) reported Q1 net income Thursday of $16.1 million, swinging from a net loss of $21.2 million a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.04 billion, compared with $506 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $931.1 million.

For Q2, the company said it expects revenue of $1.05 billion to $1.1 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $906.6 million.

Legence raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $4.1 billion to $4.3 billion, compared with its prior guidance of $3.7 billion to $3.9 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.9 billion.

Shares of the company were up over 9% in Thursday premarket activity.
