SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2026--

First American Financial Corporation $(FAF)$, a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 55 cents per common share.

The cash dividend is payable on June 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of June 8, 2026.
