Southern Publishing and Media (SHA:601900), through a subsidiary, will contribute 28 million yuan into a partnership fund as a limited partner, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The fund, Guangdong Nanchuan Digital Intelligence No. 1 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), will have a total fund size of 56.1 million yuan.
The Chinese book publisher will own 49.9% of the fund.
