Shares of Datavault AI fell after the company reported a wider first-quarter loss.
The stock was down 8% to 54 cents in premarket trading. Through Thursday's close, it was down 26% over the prior 12 months.
The company reported a wider loss of $53.1 million, compared with a loss of $9.56 million the year before. On a per-share basis, the company posted a loss of 9 cents a share, compared with a loss of 18 cents a share.
Revenue rose to $3.42 million from $629,000 the year before.
The company reiterated its full-year revenue target of at least $200 million. It said it has more than $800 million in tokenization contracts signed, generating $100 million in fees expected to be recognized in 2026.
