TWFG (TWFG) said late Tuesday it acquired Fortress Insurance Services, adding four agency locations and experienced insurance professionals to its platform.
The acquisition strengthens TWFG's presence in the Upper Midwest and expands its local market capabilities across personal and commercial insurance lines, the company said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
