Machine components manufacturer SKF India's (NSE:SKFINDIA, BOM:500472) interim chief financial officer Aashi Arora has resigned from the position with effect from Thursday, according to a same-day disclosure to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company's shares were down over 1% in Friday's trade.
Arora has stepped down due to the conclusion of her interim assignment and a change in role in the organization, the statement said.
