Vivid Seats Could Benefit From World Cup Ticket Sales, BofA Says

Vivid Seats (SEAT) could benefit from World Cup ticket sales in June, BofA Securities said in a Wednesday note.

"While competition remains a headwind to overall growth, comps get significantly easier for SEAT throughout 2026," the note said.

Positive catalysts for Vivid Seats include growing ticketing industry and wide adoption of the company's loyalty program, among others, the report said.

BofA raised its price target to $8.70 from $7.25 and kept its neutral rating.
