Amdocs Limited CFO to Retire, 2Q Revenue Rises

Amdocs Limited appointed Tal Rozenfeld as its next chief financial officer, effective June 1.

The company, which provides software products and services for communications and media companies, also logged a lower profit despite higher revenue in its latest quarter.

Rozenfeld succeeds CFO and Chief Operating Officer Tamar Rapaport-Dagim, who plans to retire after more than two decades at the company.

Rozenfeld is currently general manager, head of finance at Amdocs.

The company posted a fiscal second-quarter profit of $137.8 million, or $1.28 a share, compared with $163.2 million, or $1.45 a share, a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings per share were $1.78, compared with estimates of $1.77 a share according to analysts polled by FactSet.

Revenue rose 3.9% to $1.17 billion, in line with analyst estimates.

Chief Executive Shimie Hortig said the company is aiming to move toward an agentic and automated portfolio and transform the way it operates internally.

The company is already seeing initial commercial engagements with the launch of its agentic operating system, Hortig said.

For the current quarter, the company guided for adjusted earnings per share of $1.81 to $1.87, compared with analysts' forecast of $1.89. The company projects revenue of about $1.16 billion to $2 billion, compared with analysts' estimate of $1.18 billion.
