Shang Hai Ya Tong (SHA:600692) subsidiary Yatong Real Estate will invest 18 million yuan to wholly establish Shanghai Yaxing Energy Construction Management.
The new entity will focus on new energy project development as well as engage in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, contract energy management and related technical services.
Shares of the real estate developer were down 1% in recent trade.
