Shenzhen KSTAR Science and Technology's (SHE:002518) controlling shareholder, Ningbo KSTAR Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), reduced about 1% of the company's stake, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
The stake comprises over 5.8 million shares, the filing said.
After the transaction, KSTAR Venture Capital's stake in the power electronics producer was trimmed to 55.76% from 56.76%.
