Microsoft (MSFT) appointed Carmine Di Sibio to its board of directors.
Di Sibio, former global chairman and CEO of accounting and consulting firm EY, will serve on both the compensation and audit committees, Microsoft said Thursday in a statement.
His appointment expands Microsoft's board to 13 members.
