Voyager Technologies, Exobiosphere Awarded Mission Management Contract for International Space Station

Voyager Technologies (VOYG) and Exobiosphere have been awarded a mission management contract for the International Space Station, the companies said on Wednesday.

Under the contract, Voyager's European unit will work as a mission integrator for Exobiosphere's Orbital High-Throughout Screener aboard the ISS, the companies said.

Voyager will also provide project management support, including verification of NASA Safety Review standards, as well as coordination of on-orbit operations for the installed OTHS payload, the companies added.

Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.

Shares of Voyager were up more than 1% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
