NiCE Signs Deal With Konecta on Deploying AI Agentic Automation

NiCE (NICE) has signed a partnership with customer service provider Konecta to deploy agentic automation, which involves systems acting autonomously rather than following predefined rules, the company said Wednesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Konecta will integrate NiCE's technology into its open platform to deliver digital agents trained on industry-specific regulatory requirements, NiCE said.

Konecta will also become a Global Platinum Partner of NiCE, obtaining access to technical expertise, co-innovation support, and early access to emerging agentic AI technology, NiCE added.

Shares of NiCE were down 2.6% pre-bell.
