Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy's (SHA:600475) associate, Guolian Green Technology (Wuxi), submitted an application to list and offer shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
Guolian Green Tech is a provider of full-cycle smart energy management systems.
The Chinese environmental protection services provider's shares jumped 10% during the morning trade.
